Christmas in Oklahoma

Since we were in Washington for Christmas day, we celebrated Christmas with the Carsons on New Year's Day. We had yummy cocunut shrimp and chicken and opened some presents. Grandma and Grandpa Carson got Kate a potty/step stool. As soon as the step stool was put together, she climbed right up. She was so proud of herself. I got a picture of the cheesy grin (see slideshow) on her face when she made it up the first time. Now we're all set for potty training and just waiting for Kate to be ready! The rest of the evening was spent as it always is...being entertained by Kate. She is definately used to being the star of the show. I'm sure she'll teach her little brother a few tricks to getting attention.
